- I am a 47 year old man who has been morbidly obese for the last 22 years. Being fat is a central "hurt' in my life. I make thousands of self depricating jokes about it, but almost never discuss the true underlying riddles, and pains that I live with. I want to shed it as a follower of some, peer to some others, and leader to yet others. If you're on the same road, lets not go it alone.
